I work with lawyers at all experience levels.
My coaching relationships start with an intake session followed by the use of informal assessments (as appropriate), goal-setting, career advising and career transition support, and continued mentoring. Sessions are held by phone or in-person. The length of each session and the duration of each relationship vary in consideration of the client’s preferences.
Clients benefit the most from the coaching relationship when they are ready to be in the relationship and ready to take action.
I do not usually seek this information.
