Kelli Dunaway is the VP of Coaching at Due Course, Founder & CEO of Aspire, and a Councilwoman on the St. Louis County Council.
A former bankruptcy lawyer, Kelli found her calling in helping people and communities rise to their potential through coaching, learning, and a culture of continuous growth. An industry thought leader, she has published a number of articles and regularly presents on lawyer professional development, equity, public policy, and the power in coaching.
With more than 20 years experience working in law firms of all sizes and a demonstrated commitment to public service, Kelli Dunaway is a proven leader, collaborator and facilitator. She combines strong people skills with natural curiosity to uncover problems, lead teams that explore, iterate, and execute innovative solutions, and make meaningful change.
Kelli received her J.D. from UCLA and her B.A. in History from Southern Illinois University. She is a member of the California Bar and an Associate Certified Coach.
