I work with attorneys and other experienced professionals, including policy experts, management consultants, and business executives at critical points in their career development, whether looking to make a career move, navigate challenging situations, or build capacity to advance.
Engagements are tailored to each individual client depending on their goals and experience. Our work typically ranges from 5-12 sessions and includes assessment exercises, targeted resources, practices, and templates. There is “homework” to be completed in between meetings.
To get the most benefit from coaching, clients will be open to change to becoming increasingly self-aware. They can get the most benefit by verifying their assumptions and exploring possibilities outside their comfort zone.
Depending on each client’s goals, I can conduct a full 360 review, gather feedback through a less formal process, or keep our work entirely confidential.
