A typical process begins with an intake session, outlining any identified client goals (often additional goals are identified, addressed and achieved throughout the coaching relationship); clients complete a “client self-assessment” which serves as an exploratory process both for the client the coach to better get to know the client. Sessions are usually twice a month. All sessions include a brief check-in, a focus on most pressing issues, where the client is in their goal attainment, awareness building, sometimes brainstorming and establishing action steps for the client to focus on in-between sessions, as well as focus on primary takeaways. Sessions are an hour in length, with time at the end to identify takeaways and set subsequent session times. Client sessions can be done in-person where applicable, via Skype or by phone. Additionally, I am certified in and utilize four different assessment tools, depending on the client and the client needs, which include: Core Values Index (CVI – developed by Taylor Protocols); MBTI (Myers Briggs); Energy Leadership Index (ELI – developed by iPEC founder Bruce Schneider); The Leadership Circle Profile 360, developed by The Leadership Circle. Both MBTI and CVI are personality assessments, the ELI is an attitudinal assessment and The Leadership Circle Profile 360 is a 360 assessment measuring 18 critical leadership skills and 11 reactive tendencies. I also assist clients with the results of other assessments they may have taken to maximize the value they receive from those assessments. Additional assessments I find very helpful are the Enneagram and Strengths Finder. Both of these assessments are available to anyone on their own and they provide information about individuals which can be utilized in our sessions, as appropriate.
I expect my clients to be committed to doing their part in further developing their professional and leadership development and attaining desired goals. They have to be willing to work, see coaching as an investment in themselves as well as what they can contribute to the organization and their life. Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client and coaching. Coaching helps successful people become more successful.
The coaching arrangement with my clients is 100% confidential. I generally do not engage with others to gather background unless it is a 360 format and agreed upon by the client.

Packages can be set for 3-months, 6-months, 9-months or 12 months. Clients pay in advance either on a month-to-month basis or for a full program. When clients pay in advance for the full program, there is a discount for the respective overall package. Range is from $500 to $600 as a monthly rate. Clients have access to me during the month between sessions via phone and/or email as part of the monthly rate.
